We ordered the combo meal. I really enjoyed the kimchi, the miso soup (not pictured), and the pickled radish…they were flavorful and complemented the meal well. Unfortunately, the beef bulgogi was a bit underwhelming. It tasted like it was lacking seasoning, so it didn't have the rich, savory flavor I was expecting. On the positive side, the service was good. Our food arrived warm and in a timely manner, and the staff was attentive. Overall, it was an okay dining experience with some highlights, but I was hoping for a more flavorful main dish.

Good experience at Kpot! Came here as a family of 4, paid around $100 (did both hotpot and Korean BBQ), meats and veggies were fresh and decent selection! Server was positive and attentive. Sauce and appetizer bar was average; other places may have more selection. Same goes for limited selection of ice cream. Overall good Korean BBQ + hot pot experience for the Hampton Roads area. You may have had better in major cities like NYC but this is on par for smaller cities like Norfolk. *Note: there is no longer any crab legs.

Brian was so amazing with our party! Very attentive and engaged with us! We all cracked jokes and helped guide new people through the process! I absolutely adore his service and the whole table agreed. Every time we came this restaurant service was mediocre but Brian definitely made it enjoyable ❤️ definitely recommend him

Was so excited to try hot pot for my daughter’s birthday. From the moment we spoke to the hostess it was bad. The hostess acted like we were interrupting her phone time and she was obviously not happy to be there. As we walked to the table myself, my daughter, and my mother in law all almost fell because the floor was so slippery from whatever film was on the floor. Prior to ordering I asked the waiter if they had coconut milk as I wanted to add it to my base and was told yes then the food came and when I asked for it he said “oh no we don’t have that”. I would not have ordered what I did if he told me that in the beginning. We ordered some shrimp and chicken but that did not come with all the other things we ordered. We asked the waiter twice where it was and after an hour my husband finally got up and asked the bartender as out waiter hadn’t been to out table in over 30min. The bartender had it out to us in 2 min which is the only reason service got even 2 stars. The hot appetizer bar and sauce bar looked like it had all been sitting there for hours and there were no plates for sauces. As far as the food quality I would have been happier eating fast food. First impressions are a one time shot. Visited this place today. The hotess was not inviting at all. If I was alone I would have left. The food was good and the experience was nice. It's funny how one person can make you that silent customer who won't go back. Please train this lady to stay home if she has a problem or a headache.
